Your listing is set up for multiple offers. We also negotiate your entire deal and handle as many offers as it takes to sell.

By the time you sell your property with this package, you won't even notice that you paid an extra fee since properties normally sell at higher values with the gent assist. 

1. Add $2000 on closing. Payable only if your property sells.
2. We use legal paperwork so we can hold offers for a period of time. Usually 1 week. 
3. We will handle all negotiations and multiple offers.
4. We send several  updates to all agents and buyers with confirmations on how many total offers are registered right up to the deadline.
5. Once the deadline is reached, we follow up with every agent and buyer with a total count and offer each registered offer 20 minutes to make a change to their offer.
6. Zoom meeting to go over and negotiate all offers. 
7. Once we choose the offer you'd like to work with, we will either accept or counter the offer for you. 
8. We negotiate hard for you. We try to achieve the highest offer as possible. 
9. We charge $75 per offer received. payable on closing.
